The color change is at about 15 to 20 percent this week. Color changes of yellow and golds are visible in the trees and shrubs, prairie flowers and grasses. For those of you planning on fall family photos this year …….peak color is predicted for Oct. 10-20th.

I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in the installation of a wonderful exhibit today (“I’m Still Here” The Alzheimer’s Journey) an exhibit by Laura Crosby (photographer) and Anne Simpson (poet) held at the Open Book in downtown Minneapolis THIS …Thursday September 17th from 6-9pm. Open invitation to all that would like to come. If you know anyone that has endured the journey of Alzheimer’s you don’t want to miss this. The photographs exhibited are thought-provoking and emotional…yet joyous and uplifting and the poems are superb! I can’t say enough about these two wonderful artist.
